I moved out of Ballard two years ago (after 8 years\u2026it was tough saying good bye!).\u00a0 I haven\u2019t been back to Golden Gardens<\/a> since I moved to West Seattle.\u00a0 We live within 5 minutes walking distance of Alki Beach<\/a>, so I haven\u2019t seen the point of driving all the way back over there.\u00a0 I forgot how beautiful Golden Gardens is!<\/p>\n

I decided it might be a good idea to check it out on a weekend day just to see how insanely busy it would be.\u00a0 Well\u2026it was packed full of BBQers (the red dotted line is telling me that isn\u2019t a word, but you know what I mean \ud83d\ude42 ), sunbathers, picnickers, volleyball players, and just about everyone else in Seattle that runs out the minute the sun is shining :).\u00a0\u00a0 I did manage to find a few spots down towards the end of the beach that were less occupied, and even more beautiful.<\/p>\n
