I got an email yesterday from one of my clients from my past life as a banker.\u00a0 Marel started off as a client, but quickly became a friend too (that happened a lot, and was probably the BIGGEST reason I stayed in banking for 13 years\u2026).\u00a0\u00a0 She needed some pictures for some business slides, and wondered if I could do it.\u00a0 She included a snapshot of her new 11 week old maltipoo Schatzie at the end of the email.<\/p>\n

Note to prospective clients\u2026\u00a0 You can probably get me to shoot just about anything <\/em>if you include a picture of your puppy at the end of your email request\u00a0 :).\u00a0 Marel didn\u2019t need <\/em>to include the picture, since I pretty much said yes after just reading the title of the email\u2026 \u201cready to photograph?\u201d\u00a0 For you Marel?\u00a0 Yes, yes, yes!\"\"<\/p>\n

This next one is the \u201cyou should take me very serious\u201d shot.\u00a0 I already told Marel, when she\u2019s famous and writes a book, this should go on the back cover!\"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

I think she was in the middle of telling me a very serious story, and then\u2026I made her laugh.\u00a0 Sorry\u00a0 \ud83d\ude09\"\"<\/p>\n

The entire time we were shooting around Marel\u2019s gorgeous<\/em> garden, Schatzie was just running around looking too stinking cute!!\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

Since we caught her in the act of chewing on the deck, we figured she was bored and really just wanted to play with her mommy!\u00a0 Well, you can see that is just what her mommy wanted too \ud83d\ude42\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" Marel, it was so <\/em>good seeing you again after way too long!\u00a0 So glad I got to meet little Schatzie, and look forward to seeing you again soon \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
