Lucky me got to take Kelsie and Chris\u2019s engagement pictures this past weekend.\u00a0 She was referred to me from Kathi, who\u2019s engagement pictures<\/a> I shot last month {thank you Kathi!}\u00a0 After emailing back and forth with Kelsie and hearing their story, I was excited to meet both of them and capture the love that was SO clear~even in emails!<\/p>\n

Let me tell you\u2026.Chris raised the bar as far as proposals go (sorry Huz).\u00a0 I don\u2019t think I have ever heard of anything so creative!\u00a0 So creative in fact, that it took a little while for it to sink in for Kelsie.\u00a0 P.s. I didn\u2019t figure it out either\u2026 He made up a book for her that highlighted their journey thus far.\u00a0 At the end was a poem\u2026<\/p>\n

I will keep the details private, but the 1st letter of each line spells out\u2026.W.I.L.L.Y.O.U.M.A.R.R.Y.M.E.K.E.L.S.I.E?<\/p>\n

LOOOOOVE IT!<\/p>\n

We had to change the venue a few times because it was in the 80\u2019s, not a cloud in the sky, and not a single person left inside (or so it seemed).\u00a0 Yes, we live in the NW and mid 80\u2019s is something special!\u00a0 We ended up starting out at Juanita Bay Park, which has the most beautiful lush grass.\u00a0 I was drooling and dreaming of traipsing through all of it, but got shot down\u2026<\/p>\n

But who needs tall grass?\u00a0 Kelsie and Chris could have been sitting in a parking lot\u2026 The way they look at each other just melted me\u2026<\/p>\n

They both have the most beautiful eyes\u2026<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

Kelsie loves to take pictures, so I snapped this one of her, and her blingity bling\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Kelsie also loves the water, so we went over to Marsh Park, which is where I had shot pictures<\/a> a few weeks ago for a test location.\u00a0 The sun was still blazing, but it didn\u2019t matter\u2026<\/p>\n

Yes, I love pictures from behind\u2026I can\u2019t help it!<\/p>\n
