I had thought about saving this post for their actual <\/em>anniversary, which is next month, but just couldn\u2019t wait\u2026<\/p>\n

I am so blessed to have a amazing, supportive, loving parents.\u00a0 I\u2019m even luckier to have grown up watching them be loving and supportive to each other. <\/em>During one of our dinners on vacation we started talking about relationships and marriage.\u00a0 One of the best line from it came after we talked about the old saying~Women get married thinking they can change their husband.\u00a0 Men get married hoping their wives will never change.<\/p>\n

My dad looks at my mom and lovingly says \u201cYou\u2019ve never changed\u201d, and my mom looks at him and says \u201cNeither have you\u2026\u201d\u00a0 ha ha ha.\u00a0 Well, after 40 years they obviously found the positive things in each other balance out the negative\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I love this next one.\u00a0 We literally had 15 minutes to take these pictures before we had to leave and go pick up Houston from the airport.\u00a0 This would be the 3 minute time check, before we ran and jumped in the car!\"\"<\/p>\n
