You might recognize Nick from the pictures I took of his adorable little newborn baby Ella Rose<\/a>.\u00a0 This time Nick contacted me about shooting some community marketing shots.\u00a0 Nick is a broker and owner of the Northwest Group Real Estate<\/a>, and I actually have had the pleasure of working with him in my prior life as a loan officer.\u00a0 I dealt with a lot<\/em> of real estate brokers, and was very impressed with how prompt and thorough Nick was.\u00a0 However, I much prefer working with him in my new job\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Nick recruited Shawn Filer<\/a> last year to help create a boutique-styled Luxury division.\u00a0 Shawn and Nick launched The Luxury Collection in February of 2010 and have been rewriting the book on Real Estate service, sales, and marketing ever since.<\/span><\/p>\n

We couldn\u2019t have gotten luckier with the weather!\u00a0 It\u2019s been rainy, windy, and all around miserable here in Seattle the last week, but the sun was shining yesterday!\u00a0 We went around the Laurelhurst and Windermere area to get some marketing shots, and of course\u2026I had to get some of them too!<\/span><\/p>\n

First up, was the Laurelhurst Beach Club.\u00a0 The Club was actually locked, but I saw an opening in the bushes and decided to go take some shots of the amazing view of the water and Mt. Rainier.\u00a0 I scored when I came up on someone pruning the hedges.\u00a0 When I asked if it was ok for me to come back there and take some pictures, he said \u201cSure\u2026but would you rather I unlocked the club so you could go inside?\u201d.\u00a0 Um\u2026YEAH!\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

We were then fortunate enough to visit a family friends\u2019 home.\u00a0 She has a beautiful house on the water.\u00a0 Nick is a PROUD University of Washington alumni, so we had to get this shot!\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Last, we went to the Windermere Park<\/a>, which is a member only park in Windermere.\u00a0 From the gates, it doesn\u2019t look like much, but then\u2026.WOW.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

We decided to climb up to the high dive and take some pictures.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Pretty sure, I exclaimed~ \u201cDON\u2019T STEP BACK!!\u201d\u00a0 I promise\u2026nobody was hurt during the making of this post \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 If you look closely, you can see Mt. Rainier between them.
