I first met Kelsie and Chris about a year ago when they asked me to take some engagement pictures<\/a>.\u00a0 One thing that was obvious right away, was how in love they were!\u00a0 The way they both look at each other speaks 1000 words, and you can\u2019t help but just smile being around them.\u00a0 We got together again last month to go over some wedding details and get a few more pictures<\/a>.\u00a0 I couldn\u2019t wait to capture their special day, and I feel so fortunate to have been a part of it.<\/p>\n

I met up with Kelsie and her bridesmaids at her Aunt Kris\u2019s house where they were getting ready.<\/p>\n

Kelsie not only did all her bridesmaids\u2019 make up, but she did her own too!\"\"I\u2019d say she did an amazing job!\u00a0 And\u2026no photoshopping on those eyes, they are all hers~GORGEOUS!! \ud83d\ude42\"\"Then we headed over to the venue.\u00a0 The award winning Antheia Ballroom<\/a>.\u00a0 It was raining, so thankfully my camera has a rain jacket!\"\"A little bubbly from the Ballroom. \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Sidenote-how cute that Kelsie\u2019s colored tanks are her wedding colors!?\"\"Loved all the tanks Kelsie had for her and her bridesmaids. \"\"\"\"TWO pairs of hot shoes \ud83d\ude42\"\"\"\"Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue\u2026\"\"Now, over to the groom\u2019s room\u2026\"\"There\u2019s only a few shots, since most of them were in their boxers\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 And, yes, Houston got those shots!\"\"They decided to do a first look, and I am SO glad they did!!\u00a0 It rained all day, and there was only one little area that was covered.\u00a0 After the ceremony, that area was PACKED with the guests!\u00a0 I have no idea where we would have done portraits had we not done them before.\u00a0 LOVE first looks!!!\"\"\"\"\"\"Their kids are going to have some BEAUTIFUL eyes!!\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"Sadly, Kelsie\u2019s dad passed away when she was 8.\u00a0 There were little touches throughout the wedding and reception that honored his memory.\u00a0 \"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"The room was quickly switched from ceremony to reception.\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"Then there was dancing, dancing, dancing.\u00a0 Loved it!\u00a0 \"\"\"\"A little outfit change for the send off.\u00a0 \"\" Thank you both again so much for allowing me to take part in your special day.\u00a0 Have fun in Jamaica!!<\/p>\n

And double thank you for the ADORABLE onsies!!\u00a0 That was so thoughtful, and I cannot WAIT to put her in them!!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
