I met Shelby Sewell of Foodz Catering<\/a> at the Northlake Wedding & Events Tour<\/a>.\u00a0 Not only is she an AMAZING chef, but she\u2019s super sweet too!<\/p>\n

She made some delicious food for my best friends shower.\u00a0 Everyone raved, and I wished I could have said I made it all\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Alas, it was Shelby\u2019s genius\u2026<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t have any big events coming up where you could have Shelby wow your guests, you\u2019re still in luck.\u00a0 She has Zinnia Bistro<\/a> in SODO where you can taste her mouth watering food any time you want!<\/p>\n

I was lucky enough to not only capture some new items on their spring menu, but I also got to taste them too.\u00a0 You can tell just by looking at the food just how good it is.\u00a0 But don\u2019t rely on the pictures\u2026GO TRY IT!!<\/p>\n

Caramelized Pork Belly Bahn Mi<\/b>
\nOur new and improved version of a luscious pork belly sandwich. Slow roasted and chopped fine served with cucumber, carrots, cilantro and creamy spicy mayo on baguette.
\nYou\u2019ve gotta try it!<\/p>\n

Caprese Sandwich<\/b>
\nLocally made baguette filled with fresh mozzarella, organic Roma tomatoes, and spring green mix. Paired with house-made pesto mayo and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.<\/p>\n

\n<\/b>Topped with asparagus, oranges, pistachio\u2019s, feta and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.\"\"\"\"This was my favorite!!\u00a0 I only wish I would have sat there with a glass of wine (or two :)) and eaten the entire plate!!!\"\"\"\"\"\"If you want a sample of some of Shelby\u2019s amazing food and love art, you can have both on May 21st.<\/p>\n
